1. Scope and Operator
This Privacy Policy explains how the KonyTimer iOS application handles information when you use timers, comic missions, profile tools, virtual star coins, optional in-app purchases, and related settings.
In this policy, "KonyTimer," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the KonyTimer application. For privacy questions or requests, contact konytimer@outlook.com.
2. Information Handled by the App

KonyTimer does not require access to your contacts, precise location, health information, or payment-card number.
3. Device Permissions
- Camera: requested only when you choose to take a new profile photo.
- Photo Library: requested only when you choose an existing photo for your profile.
- Microphone: requested only when you choose to record a voice message.
You may deny or later change these permissions in iOS Settings. Timer, mission, and workshop features remain available without camera, photo-library, or microphone access, although the related profile feature will not work.
4. How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate timers, display your profile, save preferences and progress, play selected sounds, provide mission rewards, fulfill verified purchases, maintain sign-in state, address support requests, protect transaction integrity, and comply with applicable law.
We do not use profile photos, voice messages, timer history, or Apple sign-in information to build advertising profiles.
5. On-Device Storage and Retention
Profile information, voice recordings, app progress, preferences, virtual balances, and purchase-delivery records are stored using iOS app storage. They remain until you change them, use the in-app deletion option, or remove app data from the device. An iCloud or device backup controlled by you may retain a copy according to your Apple settings.
Limited transaction identifiers may be retained locally after profile deletion where needed to prevent the same consumable transaction from being delivered more than once.
6. Sign in with Apple and StoreKit
Sign in with Apple
If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple authenticates you and may provide the app with a stable user identifier, your selected name, and either your email address or an Apple private relay address. Apple may provide name and email only on the first authorization. Apple's handling of this information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
In-App Purchases
Optional star coin packs are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles payment credentials, billing, storefront, and tax information. KonyTimer receives only the product and transaction information needed to verify the purchase and deliver star coins. We do not receive your complete payment-card details.
7. Sharing, Tracking, and Advertising
We do not sell or rent personal information. The current version does not use personal information for tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies and does not serve personalized advertising.
Information may be processed by Apple when you use App Store purchases, Sign in with Apple, iOS permissions, device backup, or other Apple services. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, security, or prevent fraud.
8. Your Choices and Deletion
- Edit your profile name, photo, and voice message inside the app.
- Change camera, photo-library, and microphone permissions in iOS Settings.
- Sign out from Laboratory Settings.
- Use Laboratory Settings > Delete Account to erase the user-facing profile, photo, voice message, progress, star coin balance, and app preferences stored by KonyTimer on that device.
- Manage or revoke Sign in with Apple from your Apple ID settings.
- Contact us to ask a privacy question or exercise rights available under applicable law.
Because most information is stored only on your device, we may not possess or be able to retrieve it from our systems. Deleting the app also removes its local container, subject to copies retained in backups controlled by you or Apple.
9. Security
We use safeguards available through iOS, Apple's authentication services, and StoreKit transaction verification. You should protect your device with a passcode and keep iOS updated. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Children's Privacy
KonyTimer is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age required where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own servers. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information to us may contact us for assistance.
11. International Use
Apple services may process information in locations described in Apple's privacy documentation. If you contact us, your communication may be processed in the location from which support is provided, subject to applicable privacy law.
12. Policy Changes
We may update this policy when app features, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy with a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
